Under the direction of the Executive Analyst and the Associate Vice Chancellor and Dean of Nursing, the Executive Support Analyst (III) will provide assistance on matters that are sensitive and complex in nature that require a high level of analytical and project management skills. This position will provide oversight and management on Analyst II functions related to the AVC/Dean's activities.REQUIRED-- Experience providing executive level administrative and analytical support services. -- Experience managing multiple complex electronic calendars. -- Experience scheduling and coordinating large meetings and special events. -- Experience preparing correspondence and other written materials and documents. -- Excellent typing, writing, editing, and proofreading experience. -- Working knowledge of and experience with computers, MS software programs, word processing, preparing Excel spreadsheets, and database management. -- Experience creating accurate meeting agendas and recording/preparing meeting minutes. -- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations. -- Demonstrated project management experience and skills. -- Verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. -- Comprehension skills to accurately receive instructions and information for appropriate actions. -- Experience managing confidential records, information, communications, and materials. -- Excellent time management skills PREFERRED--Knowledge of campus-wide offices, services and contacts, and campus policies and procedures.--Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including calendaring using Outlook.--Experience with UCD automated systems, such as MyTravel, Connexxus and PPS/OPTS/TRS, Kuali and CMS (Course Management System).--Experience providing support to advisory councils and special committees.
