Accurately cooks a variety of foods, follows standardized recipes and methods of preparation. Uses foods prepped by ingredient room cook. Standardizes and develops new recipes. Follows appropriate portion control guidelines.
Prepares recipes accurately using Zone Binders and printed recipes. Reports any recipe discrepancy to supervisor for approval.
Properly bakes breads and pastry and correctly slices breads and prepares meats.
Prepares foods within the assigned meal schedules.
Accurately follows production sheets and tallies.
Properly cooks specials for patients and Cafeteria.
