The team is responsible for utilizing a variety of tools to integrate data from several different source systems to build scalable and automated reporting solutions. Those solutions will both monitoring the execution of operational processes and assess the effectiveness of those processes to generate the expected outcomes for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is responsible to the hiring, development and performance management of this team. This position manages other managers. Primary Responsibilities: Human Capital Metrics, Analytics and Reporting Work with Talent Acquisition leadership to review current portfolio of reporting solutions and identify opportunities to introduce new, improve current or sunset solutions no longer adding valueDevelop and implement prioritization approach for new reporting and analytics requests and implement a user experience feedback loop to improve both the content and the delivery of reporting solutions.Continue to review, align and standardize current reporting solutions related to Hiring, Open Requisitions, Time to Fill and other key recruitment metricsWork with Talent Analytics managers and leadership to build out resources in India/Philippines to support 24x5 production model Continue to define/refine the workflow and request intake process, establish appropriate service level agreements for the team and monitor execution Team Leadership/ManagementReview current capabilities and skills of existing team membersBuild and implement skill development approach to ensure team members have skills to execute core responsibilitiesEvaluate and manage performance of team membersIdentify and recruit key talent, when needed
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience5+ years of reporting/analytics/operations experience1+ years of prior people management experienceIntermediate or higher level of proficiency with reporting/analytics technologies that may include Tableau, SQL, Excel and / or Alteryx Preferred Qualifications:Have driven operational and/or organizational change initiativesStrong customer relationship management skillsExperience in leading innovation UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
