HouseCalls is a program that delivers in-person, in-home Health Assessments to members of our customer health plans. Optum's HouseCalls program is the largest provider of in-home Health Assessments in the United States with over 1 Million visits completed on an annual basis. The in-home assessments are conducted once a year as a means to help members proactively manage their health. The assessment is an optional service provided to members at no additional cost as it is part of the services available to them through their health plan. Members find the visits valuable, with the program having a 76 Net Promoter Score and a 95% satisfaction rating. Members are contacted by phone and mail and invited to set an appointment for a visit. The Senior Director of Multi-Channel Engagement will work closely with our Contact Operations team, our Member Engagement team, our Fulfillment Operations team and our Marketing team to design and create outreach campaigns to drive additional member engagement. The role will help us build additional communication channels with the intent on engaging new members who are currently non-responders to our existing outreach campaigns and/or to accelerate engagement with those people who may be slow responders to current outreach methods. Primary Responsibilities: Build additional communication channels to engage members - such as text, online, email, video / digitalAnticipate benefits associated with campaigns and measure results from launched campaignsEnhance existing communication channels to increase throughput and timeliness of connection to membersEnhance understanding of the HouseCalls Value Proposition to increase visit rates for those people we make contact withLead strategy, but also provide direction to internal project teams to implement items on time and on budget
