6.Provides individualized treatment to patients and their families through assessment, diagnosis, planning, education, intervention, discharge planning and evaluation of outcomes.
7.Conducts didactic and treatment group and individual sessions.
8.Demonstrates competency through the annual competency assessment, customer evaluation, clinical staff dialogue, performance appraisals and staff education.
9.Documents application of the treatment process focusing on outcome criteria in accordance with hospital, departmental and regulatory agency requirements.

12.Conducts ongoing in-service and orientation training for hospital staff and the community.

15.Assumes responsibility for continuing education and professional development by attending required in-services and other means of continuing professional education (e.g., readings, classes, workshops).

17.Keeps manager and physician informed of activities, decisions and changes in patients' treatment and/or progress.
18.Leads team in multidisciplinary clinical problem-solving.Includes staff clinical supervision, conducting case conferences, staff meetings and other meetings as necessary.
19.Coaches clinical staff to perform their responsibilities with efficiency and compassion through leading by example.
20.Provides the Manager with input regarding competencies and annual discussions, and assists with implementation of hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
