Primary Responsibilities: Create and maintain appropriate informatica mappings, data models, and reporting capability of the Medicaid Management Information System Maintain appropriate documentation of data modeling, ETL Processes and reporting capabilities as well as providing oversight Work closely with State of Arkansas resources to determine requirements, analyze issues and test new mappings Ensure HIPAA compliance is maintained, and that standards such as minimum necessary, and appropriate file formats such as HL7 are utilized Direct and Manage team of ETL Developers and develop ETL programs Company thought leader Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Development 5+ years of experience in Informatica Development 5+ years of SQL Experience 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing 5+ years of experience mapping data from web services or database to user interface 5+ years of Relational Database experience Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPointPreferred Qualifications: UnitedHealth Group work experience Health care experience Experience working with test plans and test cases Experience with ERWin or other Data Modeling toolsCareers with Optum.
