Oversee a variety of broad-based projects across the department implementing change consistent with our multi-channel marketing strategic initiative. In addition, this leader will use discipline and expertise to influence, lead, and educate in order to achieve critical objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate, along with the CMO and Marketing leadership team, the execution of the department's change management plan and activitiesDirect the development and execution of the annual Marketing Strategic PlanDevelop and execute the Marketing Communication Plan including newsletters, quarterly performance and accomplishments, employee town hall meetings, etc.Coordinate leadership and client reporting activities related to goals and objectives, accomplishments, M&R Business Update, etc.Manage the initiatives' project portfolio including prioritization and responsible for coordination and completion of projects across various Marketing areas and topics. Make presentations to senior leaders on project objectives, expectations, and accomplishmentsAssist Marketing leadership with development and implementation of department's Vital Signs action planParticipate in and support quarterly Marketing leadership strategy and planning sessionsDevelop and coordinate execution, with CMO, in the planning and management of ASI, external business, and cross-functional interfaces
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with change management leadership and/or strategic planning, and/or business process re-engineering within operations 3+ years of experience with capacity and/or resource planning Budgeting and financial management including development and management of budgets, margins, revenue, utilization forecasting and other key operational metrics (KPIs)Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to C-SuiteManage and connect systemic enterprise-wide organizational improvement initiativesStrong consulting and influencing skills; proven results as a performance consultant; ability to develop a holistic view of performance problems, identify root causes, and determine solutionsAbility to manage competing priorities, make decisions, and effectively execute across a large, global fast-paced organizationHigh degree of interpersonal and relationship building skills to engage key stakeholders, inspire commitment and followership, and gain alignment across departments Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources and use to form a cohesive and comprehensive recommendation or problem solutionBased in Horsham, PAPreferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree Prior Management Consulting experience Project Management / Program Management experienceProficiency within MS Project and/or Visio and/or other capacity planning tools Careers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.
