The Field Director (FD) position will be responsible for the management and administration of general business operations of an assigned geographic territory for the Credit Balance Resolution business unit. This position provides strategic leadership as well as the day to day management of a team of Recovery Analysts in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining provider partnerships at multiple levels, establishing relationships with leadership internal and external to the organization, and creating and implementing strategy focused on achieving / exceeding financial and non-financial results. In addition, the Field Director is responsible for a remote team of professionals that includes continued employee development and increasing employee engagement levels. As a member of the Credit Balance Field leadership team, the Field Director will also be a liaison to the National Director in improving overall client satisfaction by understanding and anticipating customer expectations and developing strategies and operational plans to address current and future business needs. Position will manage assigned territory in the states of Trenton/Camden/Cherry Hill and Northern NJ as needed. Travel will be required in and around the territory as business needs dictate. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant business experience3+ years of direct report management including current Front Line Staff3+ years of client management and / or account management experienceStrong financial acumen and ability to establish aggressive goals and deliver results.
