Bring along your passion and do your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities:Enroll eligible members in our Senior Care Options Plan that is available to individuals who are 65 and over who have MassHealth Standard.Build relationships with doctor offices, adult day health facilities, community health centers, community based organizations, etc.Generate leads for enrollment into our Senior Care Options Plan.Ability to manage time for appointments, lead generation, territory development, buildingrelationships, presenting health benefits, etc.Ability to develop and manage relationships to reach business goals.Ability to be compassionate while selling.Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision.Ability to manage multiple priorities as it relates to meeting enrollment goals.This position will be supporting the Community and State lines of business.
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDLives in MA and willing to work 100% in the FieldHas an Active Accident and Health Insurance License for the State of Massachusetts or the ability to pass the exam within 60 days of hireFluent in Spanish / EnglishMust be willing to work some nights and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:Associate's Degree or higher preferredContacts or active within the community (i.e. Providers, community based organizations, etc.)Previous outside sales and territory management experienceCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
