Optum HouseCalls Enabling Operation team is seeking talented individuals with specific skill sets to help achieve our performance and finance goal. This role will use operational analytical skills to design / develop, program and maintain process and reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skill. Primary Responsibilities:Refine and maintain proprietary operations statistical model, including data inputs and outputs Modify and update data elements to feed model needs Establish process to report model output and achieve historical dataProvide ad - hoc analysis based on output to business to address short term / long term concernsWork with other teams to incorporate model's outputs into downstream processControl quality of work flow and document the processEnhance the accuracy of model outputs to optimize operational performance and achieve financial targets
Required Qualifications:BA / BS in MIS, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business or a related field or equivalent experience4+ year of experience of performing data analysis and reporting development3+ year of SQL / SAS experienceIntermediate or greater level of programming knowledge (SQL / SAS) and relational databases, database structures and design, system design, data management,)Intermediate level of proficiency in MS packagesExcellent problem solving skillsUnderstanding of statistical tools Preferred Qualifications:SSIS skillsTableau skillsHealthcare experience Careers with Optum.
