A Manager, FWAE Operations can oversee a team of highly skilled individuals ranging from 15 - 20 direct reports or manage a team of 3 - 6 Supervisors each who have 15 - 20 employees reporting up to them. Day to day management includes employee development, revenue / savings management, expense management, project management, client management / implementation. Required Qualifications:3 or more years of experience managing teams 3 or more years of Operations management experience Experience working with payment integrity principles within the health insurance industryDRG certification, a nursing degree, or a coding licensure Experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications: 4-year college degree Background in claims management Careers with Optum.
