This role is also responsible for direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a widevariety of inquiries.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate, superviseand accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team membersSet priorities forthe team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as:Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHTCoordinate workactivities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etcIdentify and resolveoperational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgmentProvide coaching andfeedback to team members, including formal corrective actionConduct annualperformance reviews for team membersProvide expertise andcustomer service support to members, customers, and/or providersManageand accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
