The Sourcing Director is responsible for overseeing transactional candidate generation via sourcing and media actions, as well as ensuring that proactive pipelining goals are met according to the country plan. This strategic role is accountable for media planning/deployment and performance, labor modeling/alignment and performance, successful partnerships internally and externally with vendors, and labor market consultation.Primary Responsibilities:Direct the sourcing team including setting performance objectives, monitoring service levels and maintaining cost-effective delivery of sourcing within the country Drive candidate generation via mix of media, sourcing channels, vendors and sourcing approaches; leverage the global Internet sourcing team Support/lead in building annual/quarterly/monthly media plans that drive high-quality candidate traffic to openings. Collaborate closely with TA Marketing leadership team to drive innovation and high-quality partnership ensuring the best results Perform quarterly source channel analysis to assess channel performance by job type and/or location, using data to inform decisions and plans for channel success Oversee the sourcing process(es) ensuring overall sourcing delivery, technology/documentation and role clarity; identify process inefficiencies and propose changes for approval Provide smart consultation to business and TA partners on labor market supply/demand, location of talent and competitive landscape Assist in coaching and driving overall career development of team members. Identify and prepare next level managers and directors Participate in or lead programs that advance the talent acquisition function
Required Qualifications: BS/ BA degree10 or more years of recruitment/sourcing experience in a high volume environment4 or more years managerial experienceExcellent / mastery of sourcing skills, outreach techniques and toolsNational sourcing experience within the PhilippinesIntermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsIntermediate proficiency with ATS and CRM systemsPreferred Qualifications:BPO industry experienceCareers with Optum.
