This positionparticipates in or initiates the design, planning, or implementation of manyaspects of a project for the project manager and interfaces with variousdepartments as needed. Responsible forsupporting the project team and project manager in regard to development andmaintenance of all types of project documentation such as but not limited toschedules, budgets, status, resources, and miscellaneous projectdeliverables. This position will alsocoordinate dependencies across teams; participate in the identification ofhardware, software, and people requirements; influence people to ensure thatprojects are completed according to plan; and escalate and resolve issueseffectively. The project coordinatorwill also coordinate workload balancing and assignment task tradeoffs.
Generates, formats, compiles, analyzes, reconciles,and edits reports, etc.
Processes and/or handles high volume of detailedstatistical data, records, reports.
Receives, tracks and manages project deliverables, includingimplementation of standard project management methodology
Supports the project manager with the maintenance ofproject plans and schedules
Provides support at project meetings
Assembles data and prepares complex reports
Tracks resources related toproject activities/tasks
Interfaces with Project Manager to identify staffingneeds and issues
