The Per Diem, field-based Nurse Case Manager will handle catastrophic and non-catastrophic assignments for industrially injured employees. The responsibilities include meeting with the injured workers, physicians and facilities and to effectively follow up and communicate with our customers. The Nurse Case Manager will work from home and also travel in a designated area up to 75% of the time.The customer base includes all customers currently contracted for field case management services. The position is critical for the customers we service who rely on our expertise to assist their injured employees with treatment and cost saving measurements.
