Primary Responsibilities:Maintaining multiple heavy calendarsScheduling travel Scheduling and coordinating meetings Expense reporting Printing, filing and general clerical Assisting with PowerPoint presentations Tracking provider information in an Access database Sending Welcome Packets for new providers Ordering supplies and materials for packets Monitoring inventory Serving as the main point of contact when the team is out of the office Answering phones and screening / routing calls as appropriate Printing and updating reports Sorting and sending mail Helping to set up new employees Assisting guests Taking on additional projects as needed
Required Qualifications:High school education or equivalent experience5 years of experience as Administrative Assistant supporting Executive level and aboveExcellent written and oral business communication skillsBeing able to manage multiple streams of work simultaneouslyAdvanced Typing SkillsAdvanced Level Proficiency with Excel and Adobe X-PRO Careers with WellMed.
