System tuning, performance monitoring, and database maintenanceDevelop reports and respond to custom requests for usersAssist with Application and User support when neededSupport and maintenance specific to Data Warehouse and reporting databasesAttend design reviews, review explain plans, SQL code reviews and other general database administrations tasks as requiredOther duties as assignedThis position requires that the individual must be able to work flexible hours if required and be on-site or available via cell phone during all scheduled on call times.Developing Procedures, Packages and Scripts.Tuning SQL Attend training sessions offered within the group and assist in training workshops.Recommend improvements to help the team work more efficiently.Document and update procedures as required.Must Have Skills4-6 years' experience as production SQL Server DBA in enterprise environmentSolid experience with SQL 2000, SQL 2005, 2008 R2, 2012, 2014Experience in T-SQL, Replication, Clustering, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, Backup and Recovery, High Availability, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, DTS, SQL Jobs, linked servers, SQL Profiler, PerfMon, Policy Based ManagementKnowledge of migrating databases residing on servers in one data center to another and upgrading database platforms to newer versions Experience in the Database Design, analysis, development, administration and support of SQL Server in Production, QA, Test and Development environments Experience in install, patch, configure, monitor, maintain, and performance tuning on production databases. Experience with supporting large databasesNice To Have SkillsExperience with SOX Audit is a plus
