And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The QA Lead is responsible for following protocol related to the medical quality assurance department, staff performance, ensures quality performance and suggested improvements for highest satisfaction rating to our clients. Present ways to assure staff follow steps on the performance. Inquire on report clarifications and resolved problems with following standard protocols. Assist in training providers to ensure quality report completed. Able to handle work flow systems and improve accuracy / efficiency as well as meet critical deadlines and able to work in fast - paced environments. Required Qualifications:BA / BS degreeBachelor's degree from an accredited college preferably in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience / prior training with VA reportsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPreferred Qualifications:Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively Sound knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and body systems/ or psychology backgroundPossesses and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations 3+ years in medical quality assurance field desiredPrior experience in Quality Assurance and DBQ experienceCareers with MSLA.
