Which is why your performance and innovation will find a reception here like nowhere else as you help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Prepare and/or approve account reconciliations and analyses Prepare and/or approve journal entries and review accounting classifications, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Analyze and prepare quarterly and year-end financial statements, including balance sheets, statements of operation and statements of cash flowsPrepare annual audited financial statements and footnotesPerform financial statement variance analysis and explanation (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals)Prepare equity roll-forward and other supporting documents for financial statement preparationParticipate in the monthly / quarterly close process, as neededProvide workpapers and/or responses for internal / external and regulatory auditsPrepare supporting documentation and evidence for internal / external and regulatory auditsCommunicate effectively with auditors at appropriate levels to resolve issues and findings and prepare responsesReview the work of others, as neededAd hoc projects and reportingDevelop innovative approaches for continued improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
