The Associate Project Manager is an office based full time role and will currently live within daily commuting distance of the office. The career path for this position is to a Project Manager's role, where you will learn to manage client implementations and issue resolution. This is the career for you if you like a continually changing work environment, assisting with a variety of clients and responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities: Provide support on client implementations and special projects Prepare for client meetings onsite, via web-ex or teleconference Create process documents and update existing documents Provide research, documentation and communication on issues and track through resolution Maintain and update START (implementation) processes Support SID Start (the administrative helpdesk) Support the Master Data Sheet (a centralized tool used to service and administer our clients' accounts)
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in planning projects, tracking, working on set up and support of client administration and issues resolution 3+ years of experience working in the medical insurance industry Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities Detail oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Ability to read and understand accident/health coverage and ancillary benefits Health claims knowledge and working experience MS Project Management, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint experience Knowledge of student health insurance business Technical experience with WebEx and teleconferencing meeting set up Experience with Claims Experience working with UHC StudentResourcesCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
