As a Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: - Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients- Gather and document business requirements for new report requests Key Responsibility:The role would involve creating reports and generate analysis from the report being developed. Data Management / Preparation / Insights:- Extracting, analyzing and reporting data from a range of sources (including SQL/Oracle)- Building medium to complex periodic reports and dashboards using advanced excel skills (and be able to automate reports using VBA)- Reviews data associated with projects and ensure data is always accurate prior to being used in the project- Interact with business partners on a regular basis to understand the business requirements and drive solutions for simple to critical issues through reporting.- Collate multiple data points and build up analysis to derive relevant insights
Technical Requirement:- Expertise Required in Excel and VBA is required.- Preferable to have understanding of MS Access and SQL (should be able to browse through the data sources and use join queries to be able to combine multiple tables and lookup values) Additional Preference:- Having knowledge of the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
