All responses need to be customized to respond to the exact question asked. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:Ability to review entire RFP questionnaire and requirements documents and quickly identify items that can be responded to using our standard knowledgebase (Qvidian) Thoroughly understand and use all available sales support tools, including the knowledgebase, SharePoint sites and marketing collateral Ability to populate questionnaire using standard information available from all available resources Ability to effectively understand RFP questions and search to find an accurate and complete response Ability to customize standard responses to incorporate customer strategy while maintaining consistency with our corporate marketing and style guidelines Responsible for pulling all standard exhibits applicable to RFP Complete project work as assigned accurately and within specified deadlines Participate in relevant training opportunities that will enhance both individual performance and overall unit performance
Required Qualifications:5 years of experience writing RFPs 2+ PBM experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Proficient with formatting and document comparison tools Self - starter with ability to work independently; critical thinking skills Position will require overtime seasonally Flexible and able to cope with changing conditionsPreferred Qualifications:Undergraduate Degree Familiarity with Qvidian Careers with Optum.
