Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDExperience using Microsoft Office experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to open, edit, save, and create documentsExperience using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management Proficiency with Windows PC applications (this includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications)Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with Medicare Advantage Plan or Medicare background2+ years of experience in an open Call Center setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job dutiesCareers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.
