This team will be responsible for identifying process and quality gaps, presenting innovative solution options to address these gaps, and implementing the selected business architecture and process enhancements. The scope of work will encompass all business units and operations sites within Global Solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Documentation of current processes and failure points, future state processes and development of implementation plansIdentify integration opportunities across business lines and functional areas to improve service consistency, quality, and consumer/client experienceDefine business cases to support business process changes to support future state business modelTranslate complex ideas into defined scope and project objectives that can be commonly understood by varied audiencesDefine change management process for rolling out new business model and process changes Define business and functional requirements by working with product leadership and partner with technology teams for technical requirements and designDefine and implement ongoing quality management process to report outcomes consistently to leadership and easily identify outliers to be addressed
Required QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent experienceStrong analytical capabilities – able to quickly assess, diagnose, and recommend Experience gathering requirements from business owner and documenting details2+ years of business process definition and documentationStrong written and verbal communications2+ years working with operations teams (preferably call center)Preferred QualificationsPreferred work location - TampaExperience in the Healthcare IndustryInternational experience Six Sigma (or equivalent) trainingFinance experience – business case development specifically Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
