Primary Responsibilities:Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex dataPresent analysis and recommendations for operational and business review / planningSupport short- and long-term operational / strategic business activities through analysisDevelop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processesNavigator point person for projects that impact the application:Impact analysis for the applicationVision and solution with IT for estimatesRepresents Navigator on project calls for various projectsApplication status and change managementApplication specific road mappingSlotting of enhancements into the applicationIT support for design / analysis / developmentProduction support for hand off, clarification of requirements, and approval of test scriptsPost product support & clarificationBRD estimation, delivery schedule for all releases, creation of UI, design flow This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in business analysis, gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting for application enablement and feature design3+ years of experience working in the areas of Business / Systems Analysis, Systems Integration & Deployment, Customer Relationship Management or Process Engineering3+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes3+ years of working knowledge of relational databases, database structures3+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes for delivery of project requirements in an Agile methodologyKnowledge of Content Management or Call Center / Customer Service operations1+ years of experience with Agile product management within a Scrum team for application development and backlog managementAbility to travel up to 25% of the time when needed Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Kana / Ciboodle solutions for Contact CentersAbility to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verballyAbility to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Careers with OptumRx.
