As a Data Analytics Analyst / Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide advanced database tools to provide specialized data analysis. You will organize, sort and filter data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends. Develop and maintain data preparation to support Salesforce integration efforts and Salesforce data integrity initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:This position supports Salesforce data integration and Salesforce data integrity initiativesScrubbing and monitoring data to make sure that it meets requirements Will be responsible for researching account hierarchy and required data fields in Salesforce and MDMUse sources such as Hoovers, account websites and published lists to identify duplicates, verify the ultimate parent account and to validate account dataInvestigates non-standard requests and problems, with assistance from othersUphold data quality expectations and ensure complianceEnsure that realistic quality expectations are consistent with business processesEnsure the data conforms to the quality expectations of the organizationPrioritizes, documents and organizes own work to meet deadlinesProvides explanations and information to others on topics regarding Salesforce data, with some assistance from others
Required Qualifications:Associate's Degree (or higher) or a High School Diploma / GED with 1+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role6+ months experience in data management and cleansingWorking knowledge of SQL Microsoft Excel skills (ability to organize, sort and filter data)Understanding of relational database principlesPreferred Requirements:Salesforce experienceCareers with Optum.
