We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to take on the role of Epic Ambulatory Team Lead within our IS department. This candidate will play an integral part in the support, troubleshooting, testing and Quality Reporting Measures with our Ambulatory Systems.
The Epic Ambulatory Team Lead will take ownership and is accountable to lead a team in the implementation of assigned projects and/or support services to insure optimum quality design, timeliness, cost effectiveness, and supportability. The Team Lead is a working team member as well as the leader of the designated team of staff members. This person will lead, coach, motivate and retain assigned staff, while promoting teamwork on assigned projects to achieve organizational expectations for the project/services. This person is accountable for the results and performance of the assigned team members as well as the overall team's accomplishments. Under the general guidance of their Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for formulating and managing the team which includes Recruiting and selection of team members hiring, retention and termination of staff Supervision and leadership of assigned staff Mentoring, coaching and direction setting for team members performing mid-year and annual staff reviews.
