Join us and start doing your life's best work.SM The Eligibility Support Analyst will be responsible for the installation of accounts through structure building, database loading, and preparation of plan materials while coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the team. This position impacts work at the team level while developing plans and resolving operational problems.The Eligibility Support Analyst is responsible for the installation and support of Real Appeal's clients and member eligibility. Primary Responsibilities:Ensures new client installations, renewal activities and member eligibility are completed in an accurate and timely mannerHandling electronic eligibility filesWork directly with external and internal customersAnalyzes and investigates installation and eligibility issuesFulfillment audit and issue resolution.Responsible for analyzing system, manual and workflow processes and making appropriate recommendations for improvementProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Requirements:High School diploma / GED or higher 3+ years' experience in healthcare insurance industry .Ability to create, copy, edit, send, save Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higherProject management experience Soft Skills:Displays a high level of initiative and demonstrates a willingness to develop and support new business processes and then implement flawlessly.Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to dig into the details.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects / assignments and competing priorities Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
