This is the place to do your life's best work.(sm) In this position you will be responsible for the successful development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a OON program operations training program. You will work in partnership with OON Leaders to develop a training program, including training material and coordinate training of new staff. Collaboration with both OON leaders and Programs Managers will be necessary to identify updates needed to OON Policies and Procedures. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Work with Out of Network Leaders to develop training materials for OON programsTrain new OON staff in OON functionsPresent overview of OON programs as requestedMaintain and update OON policies and procedures for OON functions with input and approval from OON Leaders
Required Qualifications:5+ years of claims processing and adjustment handling, provider data maintenance5+ years of knowledge of processes or experience in member and provider services and rework5+ years of system experience with Unet, NDB, ORS or other claims processing and support systems3+ years of experience with iSET, Knowledge library, MyCoach2+ years of experience in establishing or working within SharePoints, shared drives, creating power point presentations and visio workflowsUnderstanding of OON programs, claim handling from initial pricing to disputes and appeals. Strong research and analytical skillsIntermediate proficiency in MS Word and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with minimal directionAbility to collaborate with management on training materials and P&P updatesAbility to give presentations on the OON programs to other areas Ability to convey complex information to others and make it more easily understood. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an environment of rapid changePreferred Qualifications:Experience in creating training programsProject management experience Advanced proficiency in ExcelWebstrat application experiencePowerpoint proficiencyCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
