As a IBM ODM Rules Engine Lead you will lead, manage, or assist in managing a dynamic team with a focus on writing code and developing applications leveraging the IBM ODM Software Suite. Primary Responsibilities:Solid understanding of the Systems Design - reviewing complex business rules and configuring leveraging IBM ODM tools Understand requirements, rules lists, and decision trees, to support rules/decisions and business insights development Lead one or multiple teams of IBM ODM and Rules Engine development from technical aspects of delivery. Strong Agile experience with leading fast paced high performing teams. Can take up Scrum Master role if needed. Design the structure of the rule repository (defining what metadata customization is needed for implementation- XOM and BOM) Ability to work in distributed team including onshore and offshore and integration team Collaborate with team members and stakeholders and partner with Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure quality software is delivered Perform code reviews and provide technical mentoring for other developers Configure healthcare rules in IBM ODM
Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of leading ODM development teams Hands-on development experience with IBM ODM Software Suite Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment mechanisms and technologies like Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven etc. Excellent programming skills using Java and hands-on experience with Business Rule Management Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required\ Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications:Exposure to one or more of these programs strongly preferred - Medicaid, MAGI, CHIP, SNAP, TANFCombine two of the fastest-growing fields on the planet with a culture of performance, collaboration and opportunity and this is what you get.
