As part of our Recovery and Resolutions team, you'll help understand and overcome errors in claims processing. You'll have all the tools and backing you need to help manage subrogation files, negotiate settlements and ensure adherence to compliance policies. All the while, you'll be building your career with a leader and reaching for the highest levels of performance as you do your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure availability for team questions and assistanceRespond to questions from assigned team members and leadership in a timely mannerAllocate workloads as needed to ensure deadlines and turnaround times are maintained Prepare and facilitate ongoing training opportunities for team membersMentor new team members by completing side-by-side trainingAssist Supervisor in maintain staffing schedules (PTO, Attrition) to ensure proper coverage to meet metricProvide input to Supervisor on individual performance reviewsRecognize high performance and reward accomplishmentsMetrics:Assist in maintaining / monitoring staff performance metricsAssist in maintaining / monitoring Turn around Times (TAT), proactively communicating risk to LeadershipMonitor Feedback Forms to identify trends and communicate to LeadershipIdentify productivity and quality trends and impacts to our business and bring those concerns forward to leadershipMonitor and maintain assigned reportsOther Duties:Identify training gaps and prepare and facilitate ongoing learning modules Attend and participate in Team Meetings Perform oversight on work completed as needed to ensure understanding of processesPartner with leadership in the creation and continuous improvement of processes to ensure the information is consistent and up to dateEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: HIPAA, CMS, and State Specific RegulationsProvide backup coverage for internal team members as neededOther tasks or projects as needed to support the Subrogation Team
