All aspects of Staffing Coordinator I as well as Collaborates with & is able to direct others SRC Staffing Coordinators in the deployment of both hospital based and system resources. Effectively utilizes House Coverage Report tools to match PRN schedules to system needs. Reviews & oversees unit productivity & maintains individual SRC PRN direct placement records & future forecasting & allocation of hospital & system based SRC staff. Leads team in meeting or exceeding departmental deployment & productivity goals thru appropriate allocation. Performs all new hire training & supports the upkeep of the Staffing Coordinator training modules for all new staffing coordinators. Provides additional training, updates & support to incumbent staffing coordinators via meetings, individual training sessions or other media used for educational training. Prepares reports & provides analysis, including measurements of staffing productivity by specialty, unit, hospital, & system for management. Provides customer service exceeding established goals. Maintains Staffing Coordinator schedules to establish full coverage of all shifts for management approval. Maintains, updates, & ensures the accuracy of the PRN Totals & PRN schedule analysis reports for management. Organizes and leads staffing coordinator process review & improvement team. Provides weekly reports to the Staffing Supervisor regarding all PRN reporting updates, scheduling updates & staffing issues.
