PeaceHealth is seeking a Director Imaging Services for a 1.0 full time equivalent Exempt position. This position will be working Day shift with shift durations of 8 Hours .

Directs, develops, coordinates and integrates imaging services within assigned community (ies). Responsibilities for the following departments are included; Radiology, CT Scanning, Ultrasound and MRI.
Provides leadership for operational effectiveness, clinical excellence and personnel management.
Budgetary, fiscal and business planning that promotes revenue enhancements and cost efficiency.
Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, department managers, staff and customers.
Leads continuous improvement efforts and develops a culture for change within and between departments.
Responsible for all legal, regulatory and certification requirements. Also complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards of the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Masters degree preferred
Five years progressive management experience in a comparable healthcare organization required.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of imaging services.
ARRT Certified and licensed in the state of employment.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire. (Not required for PHOR).
Ability to prioritize workload, to work independently and delegate effectively
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
Work requires normal amounts of physical effort.
Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or less.
Work requires frequent exposure to minor cold, heat, poor ventilation or sharp instruments. Reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids daily.
Job duties frequently require intense concentration and attention to detail (34-65% of work time).
