Inova Health System is seeking Lean Coaches to continue the growth of its Strategic Process Improvement department. Lean Coaches are responsible for building the data-driven problem solving capabilities throughout all levels of the organization (front line staff to leadership) through mentoring and coaching. They also serve as project coordinators and participants in solving large-scale, complex problems plaguing the business division which they are assigned. Other characteristics of this position include:
Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate a process and determine the key components of that process as well as the issues that are constraining that process.
Demonstrated ability to teach improvement concepts in the classroom and mentor employees in the workplace (Front Line to leader) by assisting them with the direct application of improvement techniques.
Experience presenting to groups and leaders in either verbal or written formats.
Lead and project manage strategic initiatives and operational priorities to achieve Inova's mission and strategic objectives, create strong project momentum, and build stakeholder ownership.
