Serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Finance (CFO), Vice President for Operations, and Controller. Performs administrative tasks to support these positions including some financial functions.
High School/GED Required
Associates Degree in business, finance, or other related field preferred
Minimum Work Experience
4 years of related experience required supporting executive level positions.
Knowledge of financial processes preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to take meeting minutes in a summary format.
Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications.
