The Education Analyst (Research Data Analyst 2) is a member of the SPLICE interprofessional team and has responsibility for assisting the team to accomplish the project goals and objectives. Specifically, the Education Analyst assists in developing systems for data acquisition, data management, and data analysis as directed to meet the SPLICE goals and objectives. S/he will work with various team members, including outside clinic agencies, to create systems for data collection and management. S/he may collect, synthesize, study, report, and recommend actions based on study data derived from measurements or observations of interdisciplinary research programs in partnership with SON's faculty (Principal Investigator, PI) and SPLICE team.--Minimum 2 years of experience with data management and analysis required.--Strong analytical and technical skills to compare data to draw conclusions independently, develop goals/plans for resolution and implementation. --Expertise, and knowledge of forms, policies, and procedures regarding program curriculum, testing, and accreditation standards.--Demonstrated skills and knowledge to work with different software and online technology. Expert level user of Excel and ability to master Qualtrics to administer secure surveys. --Demonstrated expertise with NVivo and SPSS or STATA or SAS to support analysis work.--Strong Powerpoint skills necessary to organize presentations for a variety of audiences.--Working skills and knowledge to work with classroom technology and software applications for instructional activities.--Working skills and knowledge to work with exam software to plan, deliver and generate reports for online testing.--Knowledge and skills necessary to develop and maintain a website for program graduates.--Excellent oral and written communication skills. --General knowledge of the academic mission of the School of Nursing preferred.SPECIAL REQUIREMENT--Must be able to work flexible schedule as needed.--THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
