Responsible for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Medical Equipment. Provides the highest levels of customer service. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the service management system database. Manages the technical support of hardware and software of medical equipment/information systems in order to maintain continued patient monitoring and ensures the continued workings of the electronic interfaces from various devices to the electronic medical records systems. Installation, integration and initial operation of the clinical & ancillary departments for medical equipment environment. Provides thorough analysis, timely resolution and follow up to problem issues, assigned tasks and requests for special project related to supporting the continued operations of patient care and business operations.
