The PFS Client Management Analyst reports directly to the Customer Service Director of Patient Financial Services at Inova Health System, a multi-billion dollar integrated health care system serving more than two million people each year throughout the Washington, DC, metro area and beyond.
The PFS Client Management Analyst plays a key role in oversight and outcomes management of the internal AR and AR outsourced to various clients. Success will require constant oversight and analysis of the internal and/or external client performance. This must be coupled with excellent communication and collaboration demonstrated through partnering with various stakeholders across the system.
Outcomes Management and Performance Improvement: (60%) - Provides daily oversight of internal and/or external clients AR, including analysis, issue identification and resolution to meet or exceed KPIs including but not limited to cash, aging, and quality resolution. - Maintain and utilize internal and/or external client scorecards as both an analysis and accountability tool. - Identify and provide training and/or policies as needed in collaboration with internal and/or external clients and PFS stakeholders. - Using lean methodology, implements process improvement techniques to meet KPIs.
Meeting Facilitation, Communication and Collaboration: (30%) - Facilitate weekly or bimonthly meetings with internal and/or external clients and PFS stakeholders with agendas, action items and minutes, to include regular review of outcomes and discussion items from all parties. - Serve as a liaison between internal and/or external clients and PFS, including ensuring appropriate and timely knowledge sharing between clients and PFS.
