This position's schedule will be as follows: Week One - 2-12 hour shifts Week two - 3 -12 hour shifts. Every other weekend required. Weekday Hours 1000-2200. Weekend Hours 0830-1600.
Provides excellent service by identifying customer needs and fulfilling customer expectations. Performs assigned duties related to the admission of patients. Completes assigned activities related to scheduling patients for medical procedures. Verifies and enters insurance information and authorization/referral requirements. Completes work assignments within established quality standards. Counsels patients on financial liability using available financial counseling tools to achieve maximum reimbursement for patient services. Contributes to a safe patient care environment. Contributes to fullest potential to achieve team goals. Identifies, analyzes, and effectively solves problems. Communicates effectively with various audiences using the most appropriate method for the situation. Manages completion of work assignments based on priority and due dates.
