Are you ready to join Inova? The Spine Institute Call Center is seeking a Patient Access Associate II who will:
will take calls (upwards to 20-30 per day) and referrals for spine patients
register patients and determine the best provider or service to schedule the patient
will also keep records and statistic related referral source and appointments
provide patients with information about Inova's Neuroscience programs
**Call Center operates Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm **
