We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Process Assurance to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN ! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading. It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but as the Senior Enterprise Process Assurance you will be required to evaluate business processes, seek effectiveness and efficiency improvements, document processes and communicate the findings. The Process Specialist will collaborate closely with our risk management and compliance departments. Other aspects of the job can include group testing process designs and identifying financial controls. What You’ll Do for Us: Analyze business workflows for opportunities to increase efficiencies and systematic optimizations. Review policies and procedures for reasonableness and appropriateness. Identify gaps in process controls and providing guidance to address these gaps. Define objectives, requirements, and plans with internal and external stakeholders and leads cross-functional data gathering Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance Create internal control documentation for the engagement including narratives, process and data flows, and other supporting work papers. Manage projects associated with approved recommendations Deliver consumable business process documentation and workflow designs Work with other team members and business departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements Support various departments and application teams when implementing workflow, process, and governance changes May require other duties as assigned Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strongly preferred Experience: 6+ years of experience in audit or related business experience Experience with operational, compliance and financial workflow process improvement preferred Knowledge and Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Ability to work independently, with limited direction and guidance Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
