Demonstrates a positive work ethic, and reliably provides support and assistance to internal and external VIP customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations and excellent patient experience. Proactively and independently executes a wide variety of admin activities to support the department and the VIP customer / patient. Demonstrates a high level of collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure business and operational goals are met. Regularly promotes VIP 360 business services and programs, as well as Inova services, to enhance the growth of the business. Creates opportunities for patients to provide feedback through survey tool. Responds to patient concerns and suggestions in a timely manner to achieve positive outcomes. Provides support to VIP Clinic Manager to facilitate completion of department work.
