Summary: Responsible for providing leadership and for management of the human, material and financial resources of the assigned department, insuring that the department operations are in alignment with the goals and objectives of LRH. Consistently achieves the expected results at the appropriate level as outlined in LRH's leadership competencies.
* Brand new 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. * Providing evidence-based care designed to support care across a continuum of care. * Will improve patient outcomes by increasing the intensity of inpatient rehabilitation. * T r ansdisciplinary t eam model for patient care using outcome driven approaches and shared treatment goalsto produce the highest level of functional outcomes possible. * Individualized patient treatment plans designed to maximize therapeutic activities well beyond the 3 hour minimum per day, based on patient condition and tolerance. * Int egr ated state-of-the-art ceiling track lift system located in patient rooms, patient bathrooms, and selected areas on the unit serving patients with greater mobility and balance impairments. Spacious private patient rooms are grouped by diagnosis, with shared clinical spaces to facilitate care provider, patient and family collaboration. * Large physical therapy gym specifically designed for the treatment of neurologically and physically impaired patients.
