The Manager, Service Desk is responsible for the performance and supervision of the Community Health Choice Service Desk support team in the daily operations of a dynamic healthcare environment. The Service Desk support team provides technical support for local and remote Community Health Choice employees. Provides guidance, direction and prioritization of tasks and scheduling of tasks and resources within the support team. This includes maintaining quality support and operational efficiency to ensure all hardware and software related issues are resolved as effectively as possible for Community Health Choice end users and support of remote users in a virtual environment, Dell desktop computers, laptops and thin clients.
