Develops and manages the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a comprehensive quality assessment and improvement program in the inpatient and outpatient settings for the Transplant Program. Manages program compliance with CMS, UNOS, JC and other regulatory requirements. Manages quality support staff including day-to-day supervision, employee relations, and staff development. Communicate effectively and maintains responsive and effective relationships through collaboration with staff, other departments and external customers.
