Coordinates with the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association and the Cleft Program Team to ensure requirements are met to maintain Commission on Approval of Teams. Coordinates care provided by a multidisciplinary team, to provide optimal care for patients with craniofacial differences.
Bachelors degree in Nursing required. Master degree in nursing or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
2 years of pediatric nursing experience required. Experience caring for pediatric surgical patients preferred.
