As part of the Pharmacy Services Specialty/Mail Order department, you will complete our in-house Pharmacy Technician (Tech 240) training program. This six week paid on-the-job training course provides the skills, knowledge and experiences to meet the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy requirements for a Pharmacy Technician.
You will work in the call center of the Specialty Services and Mail Order department, assisting patients across the nation, learning about new specialty medications and assuring pharmacy needs are met in every capacity. Once you have experience as a pharmacy technician, you will have the opportunity to advance your career through the 4 levels of the PTSR role and/or explore other opportunities within Fairview Pharmacy Services.
This position requires that you have one year of customer service experience , the ability to become registered as a technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy, complete our employer-based training program within the first year of employment.
