Inova Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Podiatry is looking for an enthusiastic and customer service orientated person to join their Team. You will work on a Team responsible for scheduling all Patient appointments for 20 Providers and 6 different locations, ensuring proper registration, verifying insurances, verifying for referrals, and other call center duties. You must be able to effectively communicate, work well with other Team Members, and embody Inova's Mission, Vision, Values.
* Serving as patients' first contact representative-providing friendly greetings and customer service * Scheduling patients' healthcare appointments * Complete appointment registration, insurance and referral verification * Answering phone calls * Serving as a communication liaison between patients and healthcare professionals within the organization * Working effectively in a team environment
