Financial Counseling: Counsels patients on financial liability using available financial counseling tools to achieve maximum reimbursement for patient services. This position will be responsible for coordinating surgery cases between our oncology surgeons and the operating rooms within Inova. The position is very "high touch," and will require the candidate to have excellent communication skills to ensure not only our patients receive accurate and timely responses, but can deliver the same level of professionalism to our physicians and staff that may work in other departments within Inova.
