Summary

Monitors the daily operations on afternoon, nights, weekends at assigned facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees off shift operations of security at assigned facility.
• Keeps the Director and Leadership apprised of any potential security problems.
• Assists with development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
• Develops a good working relationship with local law enforcement authorities.
• Assists medical staff with insuring patient safety.
• Prepares security reports as needed.
• Conducts drills.
• Monitors alarms and cameras.
• Conducts investigations, Monitors ILSM issues regarding construction project.
• Reviews records of employee vehicle registration for accuracy.

Education

Preferred: Associates Degree

Experience

Required: 3 years in law enforcement/security or 6 years in law enforcement/security in lieu of degree

Certifications

Required: License and certifications required based on state laws
